Terrible impression

What’s happening? My K1 is having the problem shown in the photo. I’ve already updated the software, replaced parts, and even the motherboard. There’s no Creality technical support in my country here in Brazil. Can anyone help me?

You say that you replaced parts! What parts?

Why change motherboard?

If you get bad prints it has nothing to do with firmware, so updating firmware doesn’t resolve hardware issues.
