Hi everyone,
I’d like to take a moment to say a proper goodbye to all of my friends here on the forum.
As of today, I have officially left Creality after nearly three years with the company. It has been a privilege and a pleasure to get to know so many of you. Whether you shared your enthusiasm or your frustrations—about the products, the forum, or anything else—your voices have always mattered. I’ve done my best to bring your feedback to the relevant teams, and while not every issue could be resolved, I genuinely tried to make sure the community’s voice was heard. Thank you for all of your suggestions, ideas, and honesty.
This forum holds a special place in my heart. From the time I joined Creality, I was involved in helping build it, refining it over the years, and eventually integrating it into Creality’s account system. My hope was always to create a place for people who didn’t regularly use Facebook or Discord—a platform that was simple, direct, and where questions and discussions wouldn’t get lost in the noise.
Over the past few years, I’ve been so happy to see more and more people join the forum. While our numbers may never have matched the Facebook groups, we built something just as valuable—a close-knit community of friends and passionate makers. For that, I’m truly grateful.
I’d also like to thank everyone who has contributed to this community, especially those who have taken the time to help newcomers. And to all of our former and current Forum Experts: thank you. You are an important part of the Creality family, and this community would not be what it is without you.
I’ll stop using this account on Friday. Until a new administrator joins, if you have any questions, please continue leaving messages for @CREALITY, as team members will periodically check the forum. You can also reach out to friends from other platforms through the main Facebook groups.
And a special thank you to @jimandyen. It’s been an honor to work alongside you over the years. Thank you for your friendship, your patience, and for always being there to support the community. The forum wouldn’t be the same without your contributions, and I’m truly grateful for everything you’ve done. 
Once again, thank you all for the memories, the conversations, and your friendship. It has been an honor to be part of this journey with you.
