The Ender 5 is not printing, always heating up

So I assembled Ender 5 properly, it does move for auto home, I did also the PLA preheat and passed in the PLA wire and saw it coming out of nozzle, took out extra. Then I just chose default “dog” figure from factory SD card and after the calibration (where you do next for next angle ) and after PLA preheating I set it to print.

I am attaching picture of the panel, it stays like that always

However problem is it just says it’s heating and it goes like this for hours… it never starts printing. What could be the issue?

Says it is heating but does it get hot? Is that really long heater cable connected properly? You can splice in a new heater or buy a complete new loom from Aliexpress for about £15 (contains all the fans, heater, thermistor, armoured covering, heater block, heatsink))
