Yeah, a bit more information required, in order to assist.
Nozzle type/diameter
Filament brand/type
Bed type
What profile are you using, the standard ones ?
Layer settings.
Is this CR, mobile slicing or other (orca, cura)
Speed of printing
Retraction settings
Is the filament wet ?
Any special printer mods ?
I had the same problem. Them I got a new Heat block and it fix the problem.
I got this oneReality heat block
Yeah more info needed
Those blue prints with poor layer adhesion suggest under heating of the filament.
FWIW All of my extruder jams have come about from using old (4+ years) of poorly stored and undried filament.
sorry took so long to get back to you creality sent a replacement extruder front i fitted it works a charm now
would explain why it looks like a problem with layer adhersion
anyway all sorted now been printing for a cople of weeks did the poop shoot round the printer the glass lid with the lift and vents the cfs tilt system the draw underneeth grid finity addins and lots of other stuff
all at a nice quick pace time to move on all my older printers now lol
Make sure you print an extruder front cover -connector saver.. it will extend the life of the extruder front cover,
It’s recommended by support to run these..to prolong how long the connector lasts.
The default one breaks too easily, so i made a thicker base version.

I’m also getting problems with the exit point of the extruder. FWIW for some reason it’s happening with ASA more than other filaments.
The filament enters the extruder (from the LHS), then runs past the knurled drive wheel and then doesn’t get into the hole in the exit cone (middle arrow). Perhaps the hole in the exit cones needs opening up ? I have a recently purchased extruder and it appears no different.
