Please can someone help me here. I am suddenly getting this error message when trying to start a print: “the model doesnt match the printer”. I get this message even though I have the correct printer selected in the HalotBox software AND… even with prints that I have previously printed before that were already on the thumb drive. Even the demo files on the usb flash drive gives the same error. I haven’t changed any settings. I litterally just turned off the printer yesterday & today it gives this error. I have tried resetting the printer & uninstalled & re-installed HalotBox to no avail. I need to get prints running urgently & this renders the printer completely useless. Any help will be really appreciated.
Creality support with this is borderline non-existant. If anyone has any idea or can possibly assist I would really really appreciate it.
