the new update firmware 12/16/25 will not install tried everything k2plus

If you don’t have any issues with your K2 Plus I wouldn’t bother with the firmware update until you’ve read about any problems other user might have encountered with it.

I had the same problem.
Wouldn’t download or install from a usb.
I had quite a few jobs stored on the internal memory.
When I deleted some the update downloaded and installed perfectly.
Started my first print now, we’ll see how it goes.

Exactly I did a factory reset it works now I believe it was a glitch

awesome I did.a factory reset and that update never came back it’s still saying running the latest numbers didn’t change but I’m printing great after the factory reset
