The printer is not connected to the account

the Qr code for connecting the printer to the account is no longer displayed on the printer, the printer is no longer visible in the creality cloud

If you perform a factory reset, you get the QR back, as everything is wiped and you have to setup from scratch again

Zero length - create empty file called wipe_all on the USB stick and reboot..

why should I use a zero-length file if a factory reset can be done through the printer menu?

Both approaches work / do the same thing…

Up to you which method you use …
I’ve had a number of scenarios where the menu option wasn’t available, the file, USB approach always works…
