The problem is the Otter 3D scanner considers itself a ferret

after connecting the cable to the phone, the scanner was automatically exposed and considers itself ferret, has anyone encountered such a problem as updating the scanner back, I will be grateful for any help, it does not allow updating to the original Otter firmware in the native application

I have been totally unable to use the CR Ferret Scanner Pro with iOS. An iPhone easily connects to the Ferret WiFi network. But when a new scan is initiated with Creality Scan the app asks “Please connect the scanner”. I have tried it with an iPhone 13 Pro Max with several iOS versions and a new iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18 with the same results. I have used Creality Scan with the MacOS and it works fine. I have updated the firmware to the latest version with the MacOS and the Creality Scan app. But the inability to use the scanner with an iPhone severely compromises its utility. Creality markets the scanner as compatible with iPhones, which it is clearly not. I find it completely incomprehensible that Creality continues to refuse to acknowledge or fix the problem.
