The PTFE tube connecting the printer to the dispenser is clogged.

I buy a crealyty k2 SE. I follow the instruction to begin to use it but

I can’t get PTFE tube out; I want to use it to print directly from a spool mounted on the printer, but I can’t figure out how to remove the tube from the filament buffer.

Removing a ptfe tube in a good way from the hub is pretty difficult as it is fixed inside the buffer.

But it is easily removed from the toolhead. Buy some spare PTFE tube you will need it in the future for maintenance. As order a ptfe tube cutter as cutting it with other tools can flatten the tube resulting in new problems.

Maintenance instructions for cutter

At around 2minutes into the linked video it shows how to remove the PTFE tube from the toolhead. A new piece with a flat cut can be inserted and will self lock.

Thank you very much for the response; fortunately, I didn’t end up having to remove the PTFE tube from the filament buffer. My issue was that the PTFE tube connecting to the CFS was too long—I trimmed it, and now the printer is working.
Now I’m considering how to use the CFS and a filament spool, but that’s a question for another time.
