I like scale modeling, and i am usually inspired by my country’s (Greece) history.
So, I designed this scene from the Greek war of independence, which took part at 1821 September in the land of ( today’s Romania) Moldovlachia.
The Greek warriors didn’t surrender, although they were just 235 man against 7.000 Turks. Warlord Georgios Olympios decided to blow up the bell tower with his companions, and die there. Surrender to the enemy is not an option for a Greek warrior. He ignited barrels loaded with gunpowder. The bell tower exploded, killing himself and 7 of his companion along with hundreds of his enemies..
Project is modeled in Blender.
- All building parts are printed on my Ender 3 V2 SE using PLA.
- All figures are printed on my anycubic resin printer. All colors are oils.
