On my iPad, I opened the Creality app, and went to my workbench.
My printer is shown at the top, left hand corner, and when I turn it on. It goes from offline to online, so the app knows it’s there.
However, the message on the screen says:
This printer model is not supported.
FloPrint does not support this device yet.
It worked fine before the cloud update 4 days ago.
