My new Titan Direct Drive does not move filament properly. It is intermittent and weak.vThe black drive gear moves when it should be extruding but the filament does not feed properly. I have the tension adjustment as tight as possible.
Creality help has not answered my issue… Any ideas will be appreciated.

Can you manually feed it…?
Trying to read up on it. I saw others having the same issue… 
Hi The filament advances manually and ok when i use the control panel to extrude a few mm
I give up on this unit. I will contact Creality to exchange the product.
