I recently upgraded my old Ender 3 Pro and installed a V4.2.7 mainboard, a CR Touch auto bed leveling sensor and a touch screen. The problem is when I plug in the touch screen all I get is the start up screen and a constant beep from the mainboard. I think I may be using the wrong firmware. Can anybody tell me what version of firmware to use please.

I was hoping to see any answer to your question, I just ran into the same problem with almost the exact same upgrades (I did V4.2.7 mainboard, Sprite direct extrusion head with CR touch auto bed leveling sensor and touch Screen). In my case, I have used the 2 FW options available in the support page for touch screen. After it boots, I can initiate an auto-leveling sequence, but once it finishes, the printer stalls and no other actions can be performed. How did you solve your issue?
