I got a new CR-10 printer and everything seems to work fine, but I coulnd’t get it to work because the touch screen is not responsive. It turns on, and appears to be ok, but just does not respond when I press on the screen.
Has anyone run into similar issue before? How do I repair the touch screen? Without it, even if the entire machine works fine, I cannot get anything started.
