trade in profeam - no reaponse

Hi, I’ m planning to upgrade my Ender3-V2 Neo to a K2 Pro and noticed that there is a trade in progam ongoing to get an additional 10% discount.

I filled out the form but when clicking Submit I do bot receive any confirmation. It’s been 2 days and despite the promise that the the request should be processed within 24 hours I dod not receive anything.

Doe q m’n anyone know if the form on the (EU) store is working?
