Troubleshooting

I bought the creality k2 plus off of Amazon. I’ve had issues that I was able to troubleshoot. It now will not finish leveling comes up with 3 different errors. One is te2761, which says there’s an issue between the hotend and the motherboard. Another error is that there is hotbed resistance this shows up as the hotbed is pushing up on nozzle. Then a z axis error. We have checked all wiring, cleaned everything, and left powered off overnight still happening. When I troubleshoot it comes up with several parts that might need to be replaced. I contacted someone at creality who told me it could be communication bus cable, but would have to email them to figure things out. Has anyone else ran into this and if so please help as I am lost as to what to do next.

We have now replaced the hotend and the strain gauge but still not working. Error says problem with communication from the hotend to the motherboard. We ordered a communication bus cable and will be changing that later this week. Hopefully that fixes the problem because not sure what else it could be.

I have had similar issues and recently sent a nozzle board, circular extrusion motor, and a motor wire. The error I was seeing was BM0111 Nozzle connection abnormal. I was able to fix it for 1 print and now I’m getting the error again. Very frustrated.
