I am unable to print locally to my K1C. It is connected to Creality Cloud and shows online, but am unable to add to Creality Print v5. I have an IP address on my network and updated firmware via the wireless connection on the printer. I have restarted my network router, restarted the printer, factory reset the printer from screen on printer. I am unable to ping the machine on my network and cannot ssh to the IP. I have changed the IP address and it worked once and then stopped working, now changing my ip doesn’t help. I believe it is a bad wifi module on the board, have reached out to cs@creality.com and I am waiting to hear back. Looking for any ideas on what the issue may be and how to correct it.
If you can connect to Creality Cloud, it’s not the WiFi since it’s obviously working. If you can’t see the printer on your local network, that’s a local network configuration issue.

Check the router for IP conflicts
Hello,
Have you tried assigning a static IP to the printer from your router to see if it resolves the connectivity issue?
