Why am I getting this Error? has there been an upgrade to the software ? why as an owner was I not informed ? when trying to print an STL file from Chitubox, the readout on the screen say’s Unknown file format -009.
I am also getting this error on my Halot-Play. Just unpacked it and downloaded both Chitubox and Halot box. exports from both slicers give me the Unknown File Format-009 error. It is in the process of printing the sample file included in the u drive ok, but won’t recognize the .cbddlp format of chitubox or .cxpldv4 format from Halot Box.
