Unusable garbage out of the box, with useless customer support. Literally can’t get past the 2nd set up step.
My 10 year old son saved all his grass cutting money to buy the K1. It arrived missing screws that hold down the print plate on the right side. We tried calling and were told to submit a case via email, via email we were told to go to the hardware store, so we took a screw that we think is a match from the left side to multiple hardware stores and Microcenter - no one could ID the screw. We called AGAIN, and the person on the phone kept telling us to go to the hardware store, and wasn’t forthcoming with any info about what the screw might be. He eventually told us it’s probably an M3x6mm, so we ordered a bag of those amazon. Will find out if those even fit in a couple of days. Email support has been unresponsive since the initial contact. My son is devastated and I’ve lost several hours of my life to this goose chase for missing screws.
I deeply regret purchasing from Creality.
