unusual 4.2.7 blue screen after flashing official Ender 3 Neo firmware

I am sorry for bothering but I cannot find online anything relevant. I also contacted Creality support by email and after numerous emails they don’t even able to understand what the problem is. Please help.

I have 2 Ender 3 Neo printers and I changed both boards with 4.2.7 boards. Both printers show the same strange behavior. I flashed the firmware that I found from the Creality web site and when the strange problem started, I also used a firmware file that Creality sent me by email. The problem is that after the flashing, the printer seems to read the memory card normally and it can print normally too, BUT if you turn off the printer and then back on WITH the memory card inserted and the firmware file DELETED, then the printer shows a BLUE screen of death and becomes unresponsive (the only way to recover from this situation was to re-flash the firmware by changing the numbers in the filename to fool the boot loader that it is a newer version-otherwise it does not load the firmware). AFTER flashing the firmware, If you let the firmware file inside the card then the printer starts normally without re-flashing the existing firmware file and It can print normally. I tested 4 memory cards of 8GB (2 came with the printers and 2 were bought) and all were formatted in FAT32 and 4096 sector size right before the flashing of the firmware. Can anyone explain why both printers become unresponsive with blue screen when you power on with the memory card inserted and the firmware file deleted ? How on earth can I solve this problem ? The problem occurs on both printers on both 4.2.7 boards.

Thank you for your time
