I’m update latest version, but in all languages, Chinese and know any option change the language in this new version, please update
This seems to be a bug, I think they are aware of it because with other printers some also complained that the UI changed to Chinese after a firmware update.
You could manually downgrade the firmware from a flash drive for now.
During testing the firmware they didn’t notice because they al can read Chinese
