Update messed up scale

I have been using Creality Print since receiving my K1 Max a couple of weeks ago, the software has been working great for me. Today, it asked to do an update, so I updated the software, but now when I import the same model I have been using for the past few days, the scale is so small it’s ridiculous to say the least.

The model is 400mm across, and now when I import the same model, it is 10mm at 100% scale.

Sorry if this is a noob question, but I am more used to using Cura, of which I might have to go back to if I can’t get this thing figured out.

I don’t know if this will help you much but you can always go back and reinstall the older version…Here :arrow_right: Creality Print Software

I haven’t updated this newest Creality Print 5.xx release yet. Waiting for bug reports… :beetle: :bug:

Thanks, I will go back a version. This version seems to have an issue so far.

I went back to the original version I had, works great now. Interesting, they release a version that has not been put through its paces.

Didn’t know that there had been an update, now updated for my V3KE which should work. I shall have a try with my V3SE+sonic pad to see if it finally works (doubtful if Orca doesn’t), otherwise I will be sticking with 4.3.8

Just released this morning :sunrise:… But as usual seems to cause some issues here and there…

I don’t think they added any more printer profiles…

It is just as bad on my V3SE + sonic pad as it was before, totally unusable. Back to version 4.3.8 as that just works. I wonder if Creality have tried this software with a Sonic pad connected to any printers? There is something fundamentally wrong with the coding of the software, it is basically a fork of Orca/Prusa and neither of those work with my set up.
