Updated to latest app last night and can no longer biew camera from app. K2 plus firmware also up to date.
I have tried rebooting printer, reinstalling app with. I luck.
I can view from the software on my laptop.
Any ideas?

I noticed this too and posted yesterday in software in the hope that creality will update it correctly this time.
The previous update (1 day before was fine)
Meanwhile I use chrome on IOS phone
with port 8000 if desperate.
Nice, I like to have it going when I print and not at home. I won’t run without it because the ai function never seems to stop when an issue happens.
I don’t use the AI function, I do not believe it does anything.

Just picked up my K2 Plus yesterday and the camera view on the Creality Cloud app does not work. My timelaps works without any issues.
Hope there’s a new update to fix it soon!
Support does not seem good with Creaity. Took them 3 weeks to reply to a issue and the was to tell me to contact the place of purchase for help… It’s under warranty and this is what they tell people? Creality Print for MAC with the newer Apple chip still has not been updated to version 6 yet. Hope they get the app fixed soon, I need the camera working to use printer when I am away.
Just had an update to the app 5.19.1….it did not fix the camera issue…
Looks like they release another version overnight that fixes the camera issue.

In the UK only 5.19.1 is available as an update. Its the second update today and both V5.19.1.
However Camera is now available on this mid day version
This is why I needed the camera… I thought the ai system would detect issues…guess not, it was not stopping for this mess.
The AI got a match with pasta, and allowed the print to continue. 
same here. camera on app not working App version 5.19.2 …browser works fine… but i need camera to watch my print when i am not at home… its useless without this feature !
try downloading latest app today 5.19.3. all works as should
Hi i testet it with version 5.19.3 on my iphone in the same network as the printer but no success… camera picture still not loading… brwoser or in slicer camera works great… i need remote access to the cam to watch my prints… that is anoying… is there anoter workaround to access camera if i am not at home ?`

I noticed today that another 5.19.3 appeared in my updates.
Try the app and see if all is well, if not:-
Then access chrome or such type in the ip address of printer followed by :8000 you should get video.
Do you get video on the CP6 desktop ?
You are right…there is another update 5.19.3 released this morning… works flawless 1 sec and i got my picture on my iphone app… via wifi and via LTE …CP6 works flawless all the time also chrome did…
this solved my problem
