USB error

Ender 3 V3 Plus. Today I got my first real error, and I’m hoping someone knows of a solution. I was able to print one item normally, then when trying to print a second item this started happening - the screen flashed the message “USB Drive Pops Up,” immediately followed by the message “USB Flash Drive Inserted.” Five seconds later these two messages display again, and continue to pop up as long as a flash drive is inserted. It happens regardless of the flash drive used (I’ve tried three different drives), and if I click on the USB drive it goes to Local/sda1. The printer works normally otherwise, and I can print from the local files as long as a USB drive isn’t inserted. Any ideas?

Did you ever resolve this? I have the same issue and I’m not sure what to do.

Turns out the issue was with Creality Print. Right around the same time this issue started I had updated the Creality Print slicer to version 6. When I put an item on my USB transfer stick that had been sliced with version 6, that caused the issue. I assume this was due to the printer software not being up to date? Once I figured out that it was just that one file causing the problem, I removed it from the USB stick and the problem stopped.

Thank you. I had just updated Bambu Studio Slicer and put some gcode files from it onto my USB. Perhaps a similar issue is going on. I will try this.
