I want to use a smaller build plate, so I can take the whole plate to my blast oven for annealing. The 370mm x 370mm plate won’t fit.
Obviously I could just slap a smaller plate on the bed, but then what will the printer do about the levelling? Is there a way to get it to only measure where the print is going to be?
If I place the plate in the front left corner, the initial corner line will be fine, but I would like to run the auto print calibration if possible.
I tried telling the slicer that the bed was smaller but that didn’t change where it ran the print calibrations, and it still leveled the whole bed.
