Where are the user configuration files saved at. A few times my customized printer and filament settings have disappeared and I needed to create them. I would like to have a backup copy of them if it happens again.

For a Windows installation of the Creality slicer, the User Configuration files are all buried within the AppData folder, separated by Windows Username.
You should see some of your User Configuration material names in the filenames of some .json files.
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\Creality\Creative3D\5.0\server_1\orca\user\parampack\F008-0.4\Materials
I’m not sure if the “F008-0.4” folder name changes based on the profiles, however what you’re looking for is likely somewhere within the ‘parampack’ folder.
