V3 SE printer broken

I have had this printer for about a year, and after a few months of not using it, I tried to get back into 3D printing. I ran into the first problem when I went to update the firmware. Apparently, I did it wrong and completely broke the printer. I was getting the blue start-up screen with no startup. It basically was frozen in the first blue screen.

After trying to troubleshoot the problem, I ended up just replacing the motherboard. The printer now starts up, but it gets stuck in its leveling process. The printer head now moves to one side of the printer fine, but when it moves to the other side, it tries to go farther than it can, resulting in a lot of skipping on the rails and ramping into the rail end.

To add on to all of these problems, the printer is not even heating up. It makes sounds of heating up, but after about 20-30 minutes of running, the printer head, nozzle, and base are all cold to the touch.

I will add a video to this discussion to show what is happening. If anyone has ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix it, I would love to know!
