When I try to run the retraction distance calibration in Creality Print 6, I no longer get the traditional 2 post tower. It looks more like multiple 2 post towers across the X axis and then turns 90 degrees along the Y axis with a few more towers. I ran the print anyway. It does print as shown in the slicer. Is this a new way of doing a retraction test or is it a bug? Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any information in the tutorial or anywhere online.
I guessed 4 steps per tower hopefully left to right then the back. At .1 step my best was third tower at the bottom maybe 0.9 to 1.0. So thats what I guessed. We shall find out.
Creality really dropped the ball here. The tutorial should cover all the tests in the Slicer, could save tech support hours.
