Was a little disappointed ordered product been waiting tracking that was provided seemed strange but never order things from overseas anyway waited for this to arrive and somehow it ended up in “California” and I live on the east coast and can’t get an answer from shipping company or anyone. Hopefully no one else had been through this mess. But you live and learn.

Sorry to hear that. Creality does have a warehouse in California that they ship many items from. I had the same issue from down here in Texas.
