Since support is being very slow, I’ve been trying to have this addressed for over two weeks now.
WIthin a couple of days of getting my printer and wash/cure UV-01 station, it would not start, but just flash and buzz. (One movie attached, have another I’ll try to shrink a bit more yet.)
They asked me to check the power output and its 24V as intended. They sent me a printer control board, instead of something for the wash station.
Any suggestions? I’ve had this station less than three weeks, and it worked fine over the first day or two before starting this. (Maybe 15-30 minutes total run time likely much less since I’ll I’ve been able to do thus far is calibration printing.)
