MAN oh MAN! I got my SparkX i7 about two weeks ago and was blown away about how quickly I was able to get this thing setup and printing. I am used to taking my time when setting up a new printer - even from back in the day, I knew how critical taking your time and following some tips and tricks on building the Ender 3 was. From using T or carpenter squares to make sure your frame is perfectly built to help offset issues with printing later…. BUT man, this SparkX i7 was super refreshing to not really need to do anything. The fact that it was basically 99% built was nice. There is essentially zero way to mess up the “build” unless you forgot to remove a screw or two or missed some tape. I included a link to my unboxing below. Again - I took my time in the assembly and unboxing, but it really could be set up in like 5 minutes.
Friendly reminder tho - dont forget to open the privacy cover for the cam! lol I did forget about that until I went to view the cam in app.
What were some of your worst memories of building the Ender 3s? I’d def have to hit on the fact of the manual bed leveling and trying to square the frame as best as possible…. it felt so tedious but once it was printing well - man the Ender 3 was a workhorse.
