We need a v2 extruder! SMH

Of course theres plenty of issues people have experienced yea. So thats a primary reason for concern.

When it is working, whats up with this design!?

In still 3 bolts. With a SPRING THAT SHOOTS OUT! So after you get done finding the spring.

Now you get to fiddle with it and hope and pray it doesnt fly off during that process.

Reassembly is a crap shoot of whether or not the gears line up and youll spend 5 min trying to get it to pop in to replace said screws.

45min later ive cleared a simple jam and off to try and restart my print.

At least give me a bag of replacement springs…

This is so much worse than the k1 max to clear.

They need an update asap smh

Do it a few more times and you will get good at it - lol. Even that spring is not much of a bother after the 4th or 5th re-assembly. It was that tube holder that broke and started all my problems originally. Now I know what to do. I second you on needing a few springs. If you can’t find it, your SOL. So far, I have not seen it as a part that can be ordered.

You can buy replacement softer springs on Amazon.

The spring itself is not a problem. It’s just that the extruder + nozzle is bad. It shouldn’t clog so often. I had creality cr10, I have bambulab x1 carbon and everything works there, if there is clog it’s extremely rare and usually with wood filament.
