Weird sound while printing on Ender 3 v3

Hello, everyone.
So i just got my new ender 3 v3 but when i’m printing, during an specific part of the print its doing a weird noise like the video below, is that normal? if not, how can i solve that issue?
Thank you all.

try changing the infill from grid to gyroid and see if it still grinds that nozzle across the print.

Did that, but is still doing that sound, what else should I be checking? Please?
I was trying to reach customer support but no luck.

Do you have the filament speed to fast, or the temperature is too low

There is indeed a problem with this noise, but I cannot currently distinguish whether it is a problem with the extruder or the pullback. When checking the extruder, confirm whether the consumables are stuck in the extruder or blocked in the throat. If the nozzle can be manually pulled out after heating, it means that the consumables are blocked in the throat. If the consumables cannot be pulled out, it means that the consumables are blocked in the extruder and need to be cleaned; If this still cannot be solved, then lower the retraction speed a bit. The printing temperature and cooling requirements of different filament are different. PETG has a higher melting point than PLA and requires a higher nozzle temperature, which may also cause more noise. Good luck!
