Weird Texture on the y-axis walls

I have a Creality HI combo, its the second time this happens, I used a Hyper PLA series fillament, I do have another Creality HI that doesnt do this, and it has the same settings, so what is causing this? Do I need to change the nuzzle?

you should to adjust the X belt tension.
