That is the klipper interface that most printers now use. Certainly Creality and Elegoo. You can get there from the slicer in Elegoo and for Creality printers go to IP address of printer e.g., https://192.168.2.122:4408

What model printer do you have? From the photo provided this could be the down graded version of Fludd from creality print. If your printer is one of the K2 series then you can access the full version of fluidd as Nasha has indicated - your printers IP address +:4408. IF you printer is a k1 then this is not available unless you root the printer and install other software (except the new K1c 2025 which creality has not provided root access).
