what version printer is do I have?

I was given an Ender-3 printer by someone who knew nothing about it.
After some adjustments and installing a nozzle it seems to work ok.
I have some questions.
I notice this forum has sections for different versions of Ender-3. Which version do I have? Pictures attached. Which section applies to mine?

I downloaded “manual-ender-3d-printer.pdf” which I think is for my version. There are some things on my printer’s menus that aren’t covered in this manual. What does Store Memory and Load memory do? Is there a more complete manual?

Is there a way to see what version of firmware is installed? Are there updated versions of the firmware available for my printer? What I find on the Creality site refers to hardware version 4.2.2. The PC board in my printer has V1.1.3 on it. Is this the hardware version?

Welcome to the Creality Forum…! Creality

The only thing I know about yours is that it looks like you have one of the original Ender-3 machines that first came out in 2018 with an 8-bit board. V1.1.3

I would be cautious about downloading newer firmware if your machine is working good. :thinking:
