Heat soak the bed at 100c for 10 minutes then do a mesh, the screws help with all directional issues.. especially if more than 1 of the 4 is tight from factory, which I had, so the issue was it had no way to expand after heating so just became worse.
There should only be 1 screw at most that is “tight” this is the anchor point that lets the other 3 expand in all directions once heated.
Doing a 100c heat soak and mesh, will show you if you have that problem, i.e if it’s worse or better after a heat soak mesh

I emailed Creality customer service and in their reply they asked me to do a quick steel ruler side eyeballing to see if the bed was warped. I did and it was. Almost one millimeter between the center ant the edge. I snapped a few pictures and sent them along with the bed mesh picture. The next reply from them was that a replacement bed is on its way. So that went smoothly.
The thing that really bugs me is having to do complaints like this. My extruder gear lost its teeth after a few days and I got a replacement in two weeks. Now the bed which will take a few weeks. What next?
I’d rather have a printer with good quality parts right out of the box.
