THIS!!! I am so fed up with trying to get any help from Creality support. IT IS A JOKE. To answer your question from my experience, There is NO way or place to find Tec Ticket history. I was just asking an agent this in a chat moments ago. See responses.
Please update me on my request to reverse the purchase I made for the incorrect K2 riser. The files I meant to purchase are for the K2 Pro. I do not own a K2 Plus so I cannot use those files. Please reverse this purchase and restore my 999 points so that I can purchase the correct one which is here .

Creality needs to improve in this area. Sure, I may receive an email with the ticket number as well as a reply message about the ticket but NO WHERE in the email gives history of why that ticket was created or for what issue. Do you understand how frustrating that is? It makesd no sence.

Please create another “TEC Ticket” based solely on the inability for custmers to find history of past Tec Tickets. The only button I can find is a Tec Ticket button and when I click on it, it is only good for creating a neqw Tec Ticket, not find history of previous. This is SO STUPID
