My son wants to do some school project and asked me to buy a 3d printer…
My budget of around 500 CAD
So I checked the local computer shops, and they have some good deals for 3d printer
I came up the following two:
Creality Ender-3 V3 Plus Speedy FDM 3D Printer-print size 300x300x330mm, Silver
and
Creality Ender-3 V3 Speedy FDM 3D Printer, Silver
Please share your advice about which one is better for a beginner…
Thanks

They both are basically the same and are great printers but the Plus model has a 300x300 build plate and is quite a bit stronger and bigger to accommodate the larger plate.
The Ender-3 V3 has a 220x220 build plate.
They utilize the same extruder system, screen and filament sensors.
It all depends on what size models you want to print…
I think either one would be a good choice.
Just as a side note always check that store’s return policy. If you have Amazon over there that might be a better choice for delivery or return situations…

If you can afford the V3 plus I would go for that, the extra build size is worth it.
