White Spots in Preview

Greetings,

I am new to 3D printing and have been enjoying it very much! (K2 Plus!)

I have been having this weird issue suddenly with Creality Slicer where I go to slice the model and I am seeing all sorts of white spots. I noted in the preview section that the Seams and Gap Infill are what the white spots represent. I have seen this on more than one model I am trying to print. Is this going to be a problem? Will my print be alright if I just ignore it and print anyway? Or is there a setting somewhere I am missing that will never show these spots again?

Thank you for your time!

Your prints are going to be fine.

IMO, gap fill not a problem. It is always a good thing on my models.

Seems, annoying, but what ‘chga going to do? The seam is needed, and will show up as little bumps on the print. There are several seem settings to move the seams around to different places on the print. Sometimes you can position a seam where it won’t be seen. Sometimes you can position seams where they are easy to smooth off. Sometimes you just don’t care about the little bumps on the surface. Seam settings are something you have to play with to get the right match for the model you are printing. That is where the preview is so handy. Try a different seem setting and see what it changes. When you slice the plate.
