I got a new out.of the box Ender3 V3 SE and it pooped the bed after it was set up. The power was switched over to 115v before setup and all the cables/connections have been double checked, especially by a friend who has one and confirmed everything is connected correctly.
My issue is that the display jumps right to the x-axis offset page and completely bypasses the first page with the setup menu.
The printer head tries to move but lools like it is stuttering in place.
I checked the belts and they have the correction tension. From here I reached out to Creality and told them my issue. I sent a video and they created a feedback ticket. Then they went radio silent since 27 Jan. Does anyone know.of a way around customer service?
Think they are on Chinese New Year until Wednesday I think so might be slow to answer. I would try them again later this week.

I finally got a hold of customer service and they are sending me a replacement motherboard and nozzle board. Hope this fixes the issue.
