Changed everything, hot end, extruder and motor and it still will not print.
Is it giving any error codes
You need to give us more details than that. “Will not print” could mean anything from you have no power to nothing is extruding or nothing sticking to the plate.

First off welcome. Second please give us more detail and some pictures would be helpful. Also is it giving you errrors or is it just not sticking? Or is the nozzle making a clicking noise. One more thing what filament were you using and what was the nozzle and bed temp. All of this info would help us help you.
