Which one is legit;
OR
? Or are they both okay?
store.creality.com/uk is the manufacturers site, the other is also supported by the manufacturer and I have found very good for support.
If you get a problem you contact creality support direct and they will sort and get “official” to send any bits etc.
Also “official” are more responsive than the manufacturer. If you buy from there they tend to be quicker.
Do orders placed with them require separate accounts though? Or will the login details for store.creality.com/uk work on the “official” site?
I have separate.
Just to let you know I emailed Creality customer service and the strongly suggested sticking to the store.creality.com/uk. They didn’t specifically say to avoid the crealityofficial site though…
Obviously they make more profit.
I can guarantee if you want spares then the official can deliver what Creality cannot. And they are genuine. LOL
I’ll take your word for it…but currently their website isn’t working from my mobile…at least not for filaments…
Creality filaments are slow to be delivered and best buys are in bulk.
I predominantly use Bambu as they are from UK stock and in 3 days. Usually much cheaper and wound better. Plus they publish full specifications,
I get thru a lot so supply speed is important.
Amazon is good for one offs.
Thanks for the heads up. “Wound better” made me chuckle; you should see some of the old Geeetech spools I have. Like Trump’s wig in a high wind…!
