Y-axis anomaly - audible bang noise before error

So, I had loaded esun pla+ in, nozzle was at 220, seems a jam occurred so I went inside of the extruder and ended up removing a chunk of filament that no amount of force would have gotten it dislodged without taking it apart to do so. After it was put back together, I told the printer to rehome both X and Y and not longer after I heard an unsettling bang noise, that I think would be best described as the toolhead got stuck on something and then was released with some momentum.

My next step after posting here is to search for which screws I need to verify are tight. So far, anything visible wasn’t loose or protruding.
