Z axis error, K2 PRO, printer use less than one month

Hello everyone. K2 Pro has been a nice acquisition for me.
However, I got this problem, which damagem the printer plate.
Printer has less than one month of use. Printer advised error of sensor of Z axis. I don’t know how to solve this.
Restarted the printer 5 times. In the calibration process, of a new project, head is locking over the printer table during the process, with bad noises.

I will appreciate any support.

こんにちは。私も同じエラーが起きました。
プリント中止ボタンを押したらホットエンドがプレートに落下
初めての衝撃音で驚き狼狽えました。

サポートに連絡して交換部品を送ってもらいました。
プレート・ホットエンド・歪みセンサーです。
歪みセンサーが問題を起こしていました。
