Z Offset help

Hi all

Apologies if I have missed a thread or done something wrong

I am new to 3d printing, I have an Ender 3 v3 se and am having some issues with first layers, from what I can see online the issue could lie with my z offset, even after running the auto levelling the adhesion on the first layer is inconsistent. I ran a 100x100 square to test and had most of the play print well but with some ripping on one side, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated whilst I keep playing with my z offsite and levelling

Most of that print looks quite good. Perhaps lower it a little. Also tune the flowrate as that can cause ripping by overextrusion and make sure that bed is totally cleaned.

Dropped the ratio from 98 to 95 on the slicer, another small rip but definitely improved thanks
