Hi there! I just bought a Ender 3 V3 CoreXZ 6 months ago… everything was fine and had no problems with any print until now. Now all the prints have this horrible layer lines that are visible on the X-axis. I have tried the following according to Creality Support and some forums:
- Calibrating Nozzle’s PID
- “Service Tutorial Ender 3 V3 Adjust XZ, Y belt” Video
- "Service Tutorial Ender 3 V3 Layer troubleshooting " Video
- Dismounting and tightening the frame
- Cleaning everything and greasing as the manual indicates
- x-axis horizontal adjustment
- Adjust xz and y belt
tbh I don’t know what else to do to fix it, I really need the prints to have a good finish for my engineering projects so any help/tips are greatly appreciated!!
Here’s the current quality with the uneven layer lines
Here’s a past print (same model/same settings) but with a smooth finish and no visible uneven layer lines
Hi, it happens only at one axis X?
Hola, puediste solucionarlo?
Hey there, figured I’d mention I’m seeing this too. Mines a brand-new Ender 3 V3 Plus. Out of the box it printed with Z-wobble. I see it in both the x and y axles. Other features seem to print just fine. No stringing, good extrusion multiplier so no under or over extrusion, e-steps calibrated.
I guess the only other thing I am seeing is z-offset is hard to set on this. I have several other V3 SE’s that have no problem with Z-offset and have basically no Z-wobble as compared to my V3 Plus. But the Plus never seems to be able to get it just right. It’s either too close or too far. Then I’ll adjust, go back to the original measurement for z-offset, and magically it’s no longer the same as when originally set. I was going to buy more of these, but now I’m afraid to.
