ABS Clogging my extruder

I had similar problems with ASA where it produced an ordinary first layer and then several layers layer it stopped extruding. I fixed that by playing around with the Z-axis off set - I ended up having to use +0.5

I got BM10011 and TE2564 errors after taking apart the extruder several times and eventually traced it to a shorted harness. that I had pinched between the stepped and extruder back board. Creality sent me a replacement harness but in the interim I used HT silicone and shrink fit to repair the harness, see

Error BM0111 and damaged lower extruder connection wiring

I had an ABS print stop half way thru after successfully clearing a PLA nozzle blockage and printing about 10 PLA prints. The error was BM0111 Nozzle connection abnormal. The error would not clear when pressing OK on the screen. This is the second “pinching” harness damage I have experienced with the K2, the other being in the CFS.

CFS probs - posns 1 & 4 work fine, 2/3 not loading

Well am pleased to report success after replacing the damaged ribbon cable - it’s the cable between the loaders daughter board and the CFS mother board. To open up the CFS I followed this Replace CFS Mainboard | Creality Wiki It’s relatively time consuming process with lots of screws and keeping some 6 ribbon cables from getting trapped when reassembling.
