Error BM0111 and damaged lower extruder connection wiring

I had an ABS print stop half way thru after successfully clearing a PLA nozzle blockage and printing about 10 PLA prints.

The error was BM0111 Nozzle connection abnormal. The error would not clear when pressing OK on the screen.
I remembered while removing the extruder, to clear the PLA blockage, the wiring from the lower extruder connector that goes under the extruder stepper was not well tucked away and I was not that happy with it. On opening it all up and removing the extruder I noticed that wiring harness has been squished and showing several bare wires. see photo.

I moved the wires apart and pressed Ok to the Error message and it cleared.

I could cover them with something isolating but aside from the temperature requirements in that situation there’s very little room in there for anything extra.

Now, how does one get hold of a replacement harness?

I would have thought that creality customer services should be first port of call and hopefully they can supply the appropriate part under warranty. Unfortunately I cant see what part number it is from VIP drawings so Customer services is best bet.

Thanks for the lead, and a replacement is headed my way. Meanwhile I managed to get it working via a repair that some people may find useful. There were 3 spots of exposed wiring 2 on one wire and one on another. I drew on my experience of working with converting 415V AC motors to run on 240V AC. I painted the exposed wiring with a thickish layer of (High Temperature, HT) silicone which can withstand temperatures of 205ºC (It’s actually higher than this but that’s all they guarantee it for.). Then I cut open a short (1cm) piece of close fitting (thin) heat shrink and slipped it over the silicone. Let it dry for 24 hours and then reassembled it and “whala!” it worked and have since printed 3 ABS objects.
