There is a strain gauge sensor attached to that corner of the bed, you need to check that the sensor is properly connected to the little daughter board under the bed, yes you’ll have to remove the bed, noting which spacer is in which corner, they aren’t the same. Could be the strain gauge has failed, spares are available on Aliexpress, along with the daughterboard or contact Creality if it is still under warranty.
